These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications published under the Phase Apps brand ("App" or "Apps"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using an App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App. If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control in accordance with the Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify or distribute the App except where permitted by law;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code unless expressly allowed by applicable law;
• interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• use the App for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
• circumvent subscription or licensing mechanisms.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

• Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Prices, billing periods and available products are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account.
• Refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable app store.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, trademarks, graphics, text and other content, is owned by or licensed to Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Suraev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Availability

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Educational Information

Where an App provides educational, informational or reference materials, they are supplied for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, medical or other regulated advice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is processed.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the publisher, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
